Aspie chick with a wild streak

 I know back in November I've thought that possibly for the next 4 months, I was going to need a scraper for the car so I can scrape frost, snow, and ice off my car if need be. Well, here we are, where this week, the month of December ends, January begins. After this week is over, I'll really only have to deal with it being winter for 8 more weeks. That's 4 weeks in January, and 4 straight weeks in February. Luckily next week for the first full week in January, temperatures are going to be in the high 30's and low 40's, which might be a great opportunity to take down the rest of my Christmas stuff for a while, although it'll be back up in 10 months from that time. And I can put my Christmas tree away for another 9 months, when I bring it back up to for Halloween. But for temperatures to be above freezing in the first week of January isn't a bad way to start the new month or year. Maybe it'll melt a good portion of snow in the parking lot of my apartment ...

  Found out that a seat flipped in Missippi, I believe and the democrats just flipped from red to blue for the position of Mayor of Miami, Florida! This year when one of my bosses at work was giving us the opportunity to draw names for who we have for secret santas, I got someone I know I get along with, and due to the conversations about the things he likes, I know what he likes so I finally got to get him some stuff, that I'm hoping he'll like for Christmas.
