What's been going on with me from October-December 2014

Well, first of all, the last 3 months of the year, October-December, seem to be the time of the year where the most eventful things happen in my life. I mean, I just seem to have more going on in the last 3 months of the year, than I do in the whole rest of the year.
Anyways during the first week of October, I had to double book appointments to go to Marquette, the school of dentistry. I did originally have an appointment already set up where I was supposed to come in and have impressions done, as well as a follow up root planning/deep cleaning done, just to see if it's improved my condition. But then I got a thing from Marquette-Endo-dontics saying that I needed to come in. So I came in on the same day I was supposed to do impressions, and did that first, just to check on the tooth that the root canal was done on, earlier this year. And lucky for me they found out it was healing. So that's good. Then I had to go down stairs, and work with my student dentist (which by the way, I think is really cool). We did the impressions and did a follow up on the deep cleaning that they did on me, 2 or 3 months earlier. Of course I was in there a lot in September to get cavity fillings put in. Found out we actually have some things in common. We both have significant others who graduated from the same high school as us. We're very close in age. He's only 3 years younger than I am. We both like marine life (animals that live in the ocean). Except he's more of a shark person, and I'm more of a whale and dolphin person. But I like other animals that live in the ocean, and in fresh water, too. But not alligators, though. (Basically, I'm talking about manatees, here.) I also found out that he was going to be moving to the state of Florida, next summer. LUCKY!
During the 2nd week of October, things got more fun and interesting. On Sunday the 12th of October, my boyfriend and I went on a Hayride and Schutte's farm.

And then, as something different, I had started going to the Spring City Corner Clubhouse in Waukesha, again. And they were going to be having their Halloween party on Tuesday night, the 14th. So, I decided to go, just to try it out.And since it was a costume party, and they were having a Costume contest for best original and best overall Halloween costume, I thought it would be fun to go there, dressed as a cat.

And I'm glad I got to go out. They also had music, a DJ, and dancing. Now, that's my kind of Halloween party. As for the costume contest they had, I won 3rd place for best Halloween costume overall. Yay!

Then, that weekend, my boyfriend, and my friend, Jack and I all went to the Jack O' Lantern Jaunt they were having at Field Park.
And I can also tell that my friend, Jack, really liked that a lot, and he's already wanting to go again next year.
And then the next day for Sweetest Day, after going to the gym, I ended up meeting Jason at Home Depot and Walmart, because he gave me a cute card for the occasion. And we ended up spending pretty much the rest of the afternoon and evening together. And that evening we ended up going to the wedding reception of his friend from high school in New Berlin.

And then Jason and I got to slow dance to a song as well, but it would have been nice if we could have slow danced to more songs. Oh well. I still had fun though.

Then, on October 23rd, my mom and I decided to take advantage of the fact that my dad would be gone for a few days, so what we did was we went to see the movie, "Alexander and the Terrible Horrible No Good Very Bad Day". And Jason decided he wanted to join us, so he met us at the movie theaters, which I thought was pretty cool. In a very select few ways did the movie follow the book I had read or been read to as a kid. The differences were that they brought Alexander's age up. In the book he was probably around maybe 7,8, or 9. Something like that. And in the movie, they made him 12-13. In the book he might have had 2 brothers who were older, but in the movie they made him have an older brother, sister, and a baby brother. It was still an okay movie though. I liked how they made his having a bad day in school turn around and bite the rest of his family in their butt. LOL! Anyways that weekend, I had my friends from the autism support group meeting over for a Halloween costume/dance party, over. A couple of them thought it was the following weekend but it was on the 25th of Saturday.

Yes, Jason was there, too.  I love my man.  Anyways, I also decided eventhough there weren't too many who showed up, it's better than nobody showing up. Regardless of how many people actually show up, I'm happy if it's just me and a very few of my friends, because I'm more comfortable with smaller groups of people, anyway. Anyways, I also decided to have a costume contest, and made sure we had more categories to vote from. As a result, my friend Jack's friend (my aquaintance) Alicia, ended up winning for best costume overall as Elsa from the movie, Frozen. So hopefully, she should be really happy with that.
So, like I said, hopefully, she had a really good night. Next year if I do something like this again, what I'll do is make sure more than one person wins the contest for best overall costume for best Men's costume overall, and best Women's costume overall. And who ever wins it for best Man or Woman's Halloween costume overall, they get crowned the King and Queen of Halloween. Maybe even have Halloween themed songs playing while they're being crowned, and they can take a victory lap around the room, or whatever, and then after that, we have the king and queen of Halloween do their dance together. And I'd have to think of a song for them to dance to. It doesn't have to be a Halloween themed slow song, it can be any song of the King and Queen's choice. Besides it might make up to and for some of the people on the spectrum, if they never went to homecoming, prom, or whatever other dances there might have been for their high schools that they went to, and never got voted by their classes or schools, "Homecoming," "Winterball/formal", "Spring/Junior prom, Senior Prom king and queen." But for all I know, the Halloween party maybe moved to the autism society of Southeastern Wisconsin, if they make the changes they say they're going to make. And then for the following weekend, I had to go in and get a temporary crown put in. (Finally). Then that night, I stayed over at my boyfriend's new apartment. Before we went over there, him and I were hanging out at my house, that afternoon, and I hear a doorbell ring. Of course I couldn't answer it, because I was taking care of something else, but I did get to see who it was because my dad answered the door. And sure enough, who do I see at our door, but some Trick or Treaters! And in all the years that my parents and I have lived where we've lived, nobody has ever Trick or Treated to our house, so this is the first time we've had any in 13 years. And of course with our house being where it is, people who drive by, would almost never have known that we even live there, probably because of where we live, and because we have these big pine trees along the highway which kind of hide our house. So to see that we actually had Trick Or Treaters come to our house this year, maybe those kids who came to our door will tell their friends, and they'll tell their friends, and maybe the parents who drove them will tell their friends that their kids got candy from our house on the high way with the horses, and that there are people living there. And if that's the case, I should get more decorations for Halloween next year,to put in our yard and make the front of our house look more like a Haunted house, with a sign at the edge of our driveway saying, "This way to get candy", or something like that, so if any kids go Trick Or Treating and they may need their parents have to drive them to our house just to go Trick or Treating, they'll know where to go to get some candy. Maybe next year, I'll end up getting a fog machine for our yard, and more fake gravestones, and zombies and everything like that, I don't know. But anyways, I did spend the night over at Jason's new apartment. We watched a couple of Halloween movies, went out for a little bit, and I stayed over night.
On November 4, I had to go in to Marquette University for an emergency procedure, because my temporary crown broke the day before. And then I went in again on Friday, for more impressions. My student dentist, Josh, also wanted to know if I could come in the day before my birthday, and he did tell me that if I paid for the procedure on that week, that when it came time to finally put in my permanent crown the day before my birthday, it would be free. So I paid for the 2nd part of the procedure so I wouldn't have to do it the day before my birthday. And as one of my subtle ways of saying Thank you for everything he's done for me, I had written him a note with a link in it, and it's a link to a website, in case he wants to find out how to get a hold of the people from the show, Tanked, on Animal Planet.
Then on the weekend of November 8th, my friend, Amy and I hung out with Jason and watched movies with him at his apartment, because I really didn't feel like hanging out at my parent's house all that much, which maybe a sign that I'm about emotionally ready to move in with him. And then when I came over on November 10, 2014, to hang out with Jason at his apartment and watch some more movies. And Jason had been talking about wanting to go to Orlando, Florida again, sometime in the next year. So we did some pricing to determine how much it would cost just to go to Orlando, FL, in the ways of plane tickets, what hotel to stay at, and where to visit, and what not. I know that he originally would have wanted to go this year. I think after visiting there 2 years ago, he really liked visiting down there, the last time. So he's definitely up for going again, sometime next year. Now, I've already seen how some of those theme parks look in November, and how they're all decorated for Christmas at that time of the year. But I would like to see how some of those places look if and when they're decorated for Halloween!  So this means, I'm going to have to really save up my money and only pay for what's needed every month.
Then on the weekend for my birthday, I hung out with Jason at his apartment, and we started decorating his apartment for the Christmas season.
This is our Christmas tree! Jason bought it, last year.
And this is our tree, after I got done putting ornaments on there, and plus we also felt like the tree could use a little more color, when it came to lights, so we added on an extra set of lights that are more colorful.
For my birthday this year, I finally got to have live my fantasy of celebrating my birthday at a water park, somewhere. In my opinion, there's nothing like celebrating your birthday at a water park, if you're a fan of them. ;) We stayed at the Wilderness Resort in the Wisconsin Dells And on my birthday, we did some water park hopping. First we went to the Wild West, since it was the farthest away. I would have normally wanted to save it for last because it had the most rides there to go on. And I like to save the best for last. Ha ha ha! But anyways, we went to the Wild West indoor water park first.

And the best ride I thought they had at that water park was the single rider tube slide, The Black Hole. I think I went down that slide, the most. That ride was awesome!

Then, we went over by the Klondike Kavern. We floated around on the lazy river, and the best ride there was by far the hurricane slide.
Then a little later we stopped into the Wild Water Dome. Went on the Dueling mammoth waterslide, and then hung out by Margaritas swim up bar.
While we were at the Margaritas swim up bar, I also ordered a strawberry drink but I ordered it in one of those large margarita glasses. But it was worth it.

I might have been turning 31 this year, but was kinda trying to party like I was 21, still. LOL! I kinda miss my 20's. Oh well. I did end up going back to the Wild West indoor water park, because I thought that was the best one, hands down! And while I was there I went down the Black Hole slide, some more, and there were people waiting ahead of me who were older than I was and they didn't have any kids with them, and they were going down the slide. If there are people older than me out there who still going on water park rides who love them, then I guess it makes me feel better about the fact that I love going on water park rides for my age, too. LOL!

The next day, we came home and I got to have some Candy cane pie as a birthday cake for me, this year.

And for Thanksgiving dinner this year, it was just me and my parents, and Jason also joined us for dinner this year, and his mom did too. I'm glad she enjoyed herself at our house for Thanksgiving dinner, this year. And that's all I have to say about that.
