The search for a new apartment in Waukesha, WI continues
So, earlier today, Jason and I were looking online at apartments in Waukesha that's rent is under 800.00. And there was a number I ended up calling. Turns out the number I called was the number to the apartment manager at the place we looked at online. And I got a call back letting me know that the apartment will let you have 1 cat. But no dogs, which is fine because we have our cat, Boo, and that's it. So we also went to go look at it, this afternoon. Well, actually we got to see a unit that looks similar to the apartment that's going to be available for rent a little later this summer. The living room was a little bit smaller than what we have at our place. But it still looked nicer than what we have, currently, other than that. The manager let us know that if we moved in with our cat, we wouldn't get charged for having a cat, which I think is a good deal. The unit also looks like it had more closet space in both bedrooms and one of the bedrooms is a master bedroom. We also filled out some applications for living there. And we're supposed to find out tomorrow if we get the apartment. If we do, we do. If we don't, we don't. But if we do, the apartment won't be available until the first of July, this year. So this means, we could possibly end up moving out of Palmyra, sooner, meaning we might not have to spend the whole summer living in Palmyra, after all. Plus if we lived there, I'd be much closer to Health and Human Services if I needed to go there, for any reason. And another thing is, I'd get to ride bikes in that area again, just like I did when I was living at Hickory Hill Flats, and then West Grove Apartments, even though we'd be living a little further away from there. But at least I'd get to ride bikes in that area, again. Go for runs in that area, too. And we would also be closer to Jason's mom, too.
