(originally written on May 22, 2018) Made it through another season, and plans for moving the cat

Well, Jason and I got through living in Palmyra in the fall. We got through living out here in the winter, and now we still have to get through living out here in the spring, and then we have to get through living out here in the summer. The good news is however is that we're really only going to be living out here for 2 out of the 3 months of the summer. So we might not have to be living out here all summer long, after all. But we're still going to be coming in and out of Palmyra all summer long, and that's also going to depend on which apartment will accept our applications as well as the date the land lord or manager says we can start moving in. Jason and I liked the one that we looked at in Mukwonago, the best. I can just see us living there. I have a good feeling about that place, too. I do know that at least whatever day that is, I'm going to make sure that I get our cat and all his things out of where we are now at least a day or 2 in advance. And I figure I can bring him and his things over to my parent's house. That way when we we're trying to get all of our stuff out of there, we won't have to worry about him trying to run out of the apartment while we're already trying to get all of our stuff out of here. I figure I can do it in one day, in 2 trips. First I'll take his treats, his food, kitty litter, cat nip, brushes, clippers, leash and harness, drinking fountain, older bowls and smaller carrier. Then I'll take them over to my parent's house. Maybe either have them in the garage or laundry room. Then when I come back, I'll take his litter box (and liners if he has any) his toys, his "toy box", the bowls that he currently eats out of, his scratchers, and of course the cat, himself.
