Don't know what the future will bring
Lately, every other time Jason makes it out to sound like we will be able to get out of Palmyra, and then every other time he makes it out to sound like we may have to stay put for another 6 to 8 months. God forbid that we stay there another full year. I know that Jason says that he wasn't going to stop looking for apartments in Waukesha county. But that doesn't mean we're actually going to be moving into any of them. But, everyday that's gone by so far this year,we keep getting closer and closer to it being the end of our lease. And as we keep getting closer to it being the end of our lease for where we are now, the more concerned I get about what we're going to do when our lease is up. I just want us to find a place we can move to in advance so that when our lease is up, we have somewhere to go. I want to get a nicer place to go, so that when our lease is up, we're prepared and some place to go when our lease is up.
I know if one of us gets a job, at least, we might be able to get a nicer apartment in Waukesha county that let's us have cats. So, Jason is going to have to most likely get a job that won't affect his health.
Today, Jason called and let me know that he found another apartment for us in Pewaukee that's cat friendly and not too far away from WCTC. I think I might actually remember driving through that neighborhood last year, and thinking that looks like a nice neighborhood. He might have gotten information about the place from a former coworker of his, and tomorrow we're supposed to be looking at it, at 4pm. I hope we like it. I hope we can afford monthly rent for that place. It's supposed to be in a nice neighborhood not too far from Waukesha and it's also in Waukesha county. If we do, great. Otherwise, worse case scenario we stay put in Palmyra for another Halloween, birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and we basically stay where we are for at least 18 months. But we probably won't still be living where we are next summer. If we move out in September this year, 1 good thing about it is, we won't have to worry about it being so hot outside while we're moving our things out of there. And we would be out of that place in plenty of time to celebrate and decorate our new place for Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine's day. But if we do stay put, then maybe I need to just focus on enjoying the company of my boyfriend living with me as well as our cat. Either way, I probably should just prepare myself for the worst but hope for the best.
