writers block?
I feel like I should write something. Not sure what to talk about, tonight. Been trying to go back on dieting and working out to lose weight again, so that my weight is back in the 120lbs range in time for the summer. I'm also contemplating keeping an exercise log about how many calories I can possibly burn by dancing with the game, Just Dance 4 on the Nintendo Wii in "Sweat Mode". Of course, I'm wondering if maybe I did a little too much too soon with that, this week, and might need to back off a little with the dancing, until I'm in a little bit better shape. I might have pulled a charlie horse in my back. My mid and upper back was so sore this morning, I almost couldn't roll over and breathe at the same time. I think I also need to keep a running log on not just how far I run, but also what my time is I finish in when I run that distance on my IPod. All I know is, it's good to hear I'm improving, at least. 4-5 years ago, I'd run a 2 mile and tried to time myself. According to my Ipod, it took me 16-18 minutes to run a 2 mile race. More recently, it's been saying my times are more in the 14's. So far, I've only been running just a mile on the track, and recently, I improved my mile time by 20 seconds. That's a new record, according to my Ipod. My average pace time was a 6:50's range. I think I've just about still got it, but I've got a lot of work to do! of course it seems like, all I have time for lately is, get up in the morning, go to the gym, work out for over an hour and 30 minutes, come home, and have lunch. Then I'm just wanting to relax on the couch the rest of the day. I know that's not the way to be.
The one thing I've been doing to help me get through the month is, watching a season of Punky Brewster, every week. In the first week, I watched the first season. In the 2nd week I watched the 2nd season. This week I just got done with watching the 3rd season. And now, as we approach the final week of February, I'll be watching the final season of Punky Brewster. I'm also contemplating the idea of making Puppy Chow. I might do that this next week.
