A look back on 2019

Let's see, what can I say about what's happened so far, this year:

Well, my parents kicked off the beginning of the year by adopting their new rescue dog: Billie, an Italian Greyhound-terrier mix. And it really only took me 3 days for her to really warm up to me. I did accidentally lock myself out of mom and dad's house, but luckily I got to take Billie to my apartment and we just spent the whole day at my apartment hanging out. Lucky for me the apartment complex is pet friendly and will let us have dogs and cats. My mom, dad and I have also been taking Billie to the dog park and it's a lot of fun just watching her run around and chase other people's dogs, and I really think she should do agility.
In March I've started a new tradition where I go to this Gelato shop and have Baileys Irish cream Gelato for St. Patrick's day. And mom finally ordered the movie classics, Darby O'gill and the Little People and the Gnome Mobile on DVD which I've been wanting to watch for St. Patrick's day for a while. Unfortunately, Jason got sick and wound up in the hospital twice this year. But the doctors did say if he lost some weight and quit smoking, he wouldn't have to deal with this. Luckily he decided to get a membership at our local gym and start working out. Needless to say, when life gives you a wakeup call, answer it.
In April this year, I got to attend the Autism Gala for the 5th year in a row. The autism Gala is basically my prom night for me, except it's better than any high school prom. You can go to the event every year if you want, you get to dress up for the event and you don't have to be in high school to go to the Gala they have in April.  Also in April I happened to watch a documentary on HBO about a group of guys with Asperger's syndrome who would travel to different cities in the country to do stand up comedy. After watching them on tv, I looked them up online and found out they would be in Madison, Wisconsin for Memorial Day. So, my parents, me, Jason, Dana and Tanner went to see them in Madison. I figured if they were going to be in Madison and we were going to see them in Madison, we should see if Dana and Tanner would like to go with us, and they did, so they went with us.
